  1. Kayaking, Fishing, Beach Play Camp

    July 24, 2017, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Antlers Park Beach


    Ages 8-12

    Join us on a summer adventure. Your child will get to experience kayaking, canoeing, fishing and beach play on beautiful Lake Marion. Students will learn basic paddling stroke techniques, boating etiquette and water safety. No experience necessary.

    While at our favorite fishing holes, students will learn proper identification and use of fishing equipment, baiting hooks (not required), removing fish from hooks (not required), casting techniques, presentation of bait and fish identification. No fishing experience necessary. We will practice catch and release techniques and use barbless hooks. Students will fish from fishing docks, shoreline and by wading out into the water (up to their knees). Character-building, cooperative skills, individual success and safety are all emphasized. Please bring: shorts/swimsuit, shoes or sandals with sling back, t-shirts, sweatpants/shirts, lunch, big snack and a water bottle. All other equipment will be provided.

    Ages 5-7

    You’re never too young to learn about safety! This program is designed to introduce younger children to important safety lessons about water, fire, 9-1-1, stranger danger, animal safety and more. Participants will tour a police car and fire truck as they join Lakeville police officers and firefighters at this spectacular camp. A snack will be provided each day.

  5. Lynch Tennis Lessons

    In a fun, energetic atmosphere your child will learn or improve upon stroke production, footwork, strategies of the game and play games using low compression, age-appropriate balls that get them playing quicker. Children will be separated by age and skill level. 6 kids to 1 instructor.

    You know these games from playgrounds, backyards and family get-togethers. Take all of the traditional aspects of these games and put a Skyhawks spin on it. Learn strategy in addition to rules of the game, while incorporating sportsmanship and teamwork into this action-packed camp. Bring your friends or come and make new ones in this unique and fast-paced program. All participants receive a t-shirt and merit award.

  11. Teen Rock Climbing Camp

    Ages 12-17

    This camp is perfect for getting your teen out of the house and learning about an amazing sport. Camp lessons focus on fundamental techniques, knot tying, top-rope climbing and bouldering. We will also be covering top rope belaying so participants can learn to belay each other. Climbers are divided into appropriate age and skill level groups. Daily snack is provided.
