    Children will participate in learning motion/jump techniques and sideline/performance cheers. On the final day participants will perform a cheerleading program in front of their friends. Participants will receive pom-poms.

    Ages 5-12

    The fastest growing team sport in America! This camp is designed for both girls and boys. Non-contact lacrosse, also known as “soft lacrosse,” is played. Individual skills taught include catching, throwing, scooping and cradling.

  3. Lynch Tennis Lessons: Junior Development (ages 8-12)

    Instruction for children who have learned the basic skills and are ready to take their game to the next level. We will continue working on proper form and stroke development, get them rallying across the net using age appropriate balls, learn scoring and work on their coordination and footwork.

    This camp is designed to introduce the young athlete to the sport of flag football through skill development and small group games. Lakeville North Football’s coaching staff will focus on helping campers learn the rules of flag football while working on team play and sportsmanship.
