Steve Michaud Park Water Tower Rehabilitation Project

The City of Lakeville is planning for the rehabilitation of the water tower located in the Steve Michaud Park parking lot this summer. The project mainly consists of removing the paint of the tower and repainting, including applying the city logo to the north and south sides of the tower. Once started, the project is scheduled to last a maximum of ten weeks, depending on weather.

There will be some light tower maintenance prior to this, including removing antennas from the tower to ensure the cellular signal is maintained during the project.

Project Timeline

  • June/July 2023: Antenna removal
  • July 31, 2023: Construction begins
  • Early October 2023: Project completed
