Important Information
- 1 guest per servicemember, must provide proof of military service (Military ID, DD214, Disability Card or other ).
- There is a $10 registration fee per person payable via Venmo to @LakevilleYR or via check to Lakeville Yellow Ribbon, 20195 Holyoke Avenue, Lakeville MN 55044
- A confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been received.
- All paid registrations will receive a $10 Lakeville Liquors gift certificate at the event. Lakeville Liquors (attached to the Emporium Room) will be open and have specials available during the event.
