The study projects housing demand from 2023 through 2040, and provides recommendations on the amount and type of housing that could be built in Lakeville to satisfy demand from current and future residents over the next decades and beyond. Detailed information regarding recommended housing concepts can be found in the Recommendations & Conclusions section at the end of the report.
