Road Construction Update

The City of Lakeville is planning the reconstruction of 210th Street from Kensington Boulevard to Cedar Avenue between March and November of 2022. This project will restrict access from 210th Street to the Lakeville Area Arts Center during multiple phases of the project. For project updates, including detour maps, go to 210thstreet.com.

Outside of Arts CenterThe Lakeville Area Arts Center is conveniently located in historic downtown Lakeville at the intersection of Holyoke Avenue and 210th Street with ample free parking nearby. A total of four parking lots within one block, as well as on-street parking provide easy access to the Arts Center.A variety of dining and shopping opportunities are available in downtown Lakeville. Lakeville also offers a wide variety of hotel options.

Curbside drop off

Convenient curbside drop off is available in front of the Lakeville Area Arts Center's main entrance on Holyoke Avenue. The distance from the drop-off location to the front door is only 65 feet and includes a heated paver walkway, eliminating snow and ice hazards.


Accessible parking

Accessible parking is available in the north and west parking lots. From the designated spaces, the office entrance is approximately 100 feet and the theater entrance is approximately 200 feet. Curbside drop off is also available along Holyoke Avenue, shortening the distance to only 65 feet.
