Downtown Lakeville Business Association

The Downtown Lakeville Business Association (DLBA) special service district is a nonprofit organization that began in 1995. It is supported by a special service district tax, with the goal of preserving and redeveloping historic downtown Lakeville.

To create a unique "downtown" business environment which blends the cultural historical, and economic opportunities of a rapidly growing community situated in a major metropolitan area.
