Calendar

This 50-minute class combines light cardio and strength training for individuals who want to improve muscle tone, flexibility, range of motion, balance and coordination. All exercises will be performed while holding onto a chair or sitting in a chair. Modifications can be made to accommodate medical and/or physical restrictions.  Non-Silver Sneakers members: pay in advance for the classes you will take for the month—just $3.25 per class.
