Enjoy physical challenges and organized exploration activities that increase major motor development. Explore and learn 10 sports: baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, football, basketball, soccer, golf, hockey, tennis and track and field Each 30-minute class encompasses a developmental sport, muscle identification and nutrition lessons, using fun activities that highlight motor-development skill building.
