Kick off Earth Day with family-friendly fun, free lunch and activities that celebrate caring for our community and environment.
The City of Lakeville invites residents of all ages to the Earth Day Celebration Kick-Off on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Central Maintenance Facility.
This free event is a great way to come together as a community, learn more about protecting our natural spaces and enjoy a hands-on start to the Earth Day season. Attendees can enjoy lunch, take part in interactive activities and earn earth-friendly prizes.
The event also marks the kickoff of Lakeville’s Watershed Cleanup, which runs April 18–27. Residents are encouraged to sign up for the cleanup and help protect the lakes, trails and natural areas that make Lakeville special. Even one hour of participation can make a meaningful difference.
Cleanup participants can also claim a free T-shirt while supplies last.
Come celebrate Earth Day, connect with neighbors and help make a positive impact in Lakeville.
