2. 2026 Downtown Lakeville Art Crawl

   The Friends of the Lakeville Area Arts Center are excited to announce the third annual Downtown Lakeville Art Crawl featuring local artists on Saturday, May 9, 2026. We are inviting our local businesses to take part in this vibrant community event!

   This is a fantastic opportunity to support local artists and the arts community by hosting an artist booth at your business location. By participating, you will not only showcase your business but also contribute to the cultural enrichment of our downtown area.

   FLAAC will handle the coordination and marketing for this event, but are seeking partners wiling to host local artists during this family-friendly community event.

   There is no cost for host locations to participate. All host locations will appear on an event map and promotions. 

4. Event Information:

   Artists will apply to participate, with priority given to Lakeville area residents who create original works of art in a variety of mediums, such as painting, pottery, jewelry, woodworking, fiber and more. This is a one-day event and we will be seeking downtown businesses members who are interested in hosting one or more artists. Artists will be required to set up their own booth space in the area you provide. We hope to offer two space options to artists, a 10' x 10' or 4' x 6' space. 

   Important Dates:

   • Host Participation Form Due: Sunday, February 22, 2026
   • Artist Invites Sent: Late March
   • Host & Artist Location Announcement: April
   • Event Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026
   • Event Time: 12-5 p.m., with setup starting at 11 a.m. and teardown until 6 p.m.
